Working principle:
Vertical movement of the belt-shaped knife cut the foam into the blocks vertically. In the frame of the rack, four guided round of tension, the belt-shaped knife moves in high-speed drived by the motor, the woking table feeds in the vertical direction of the belt-shaped knife moving on the guide rails, cuts the foam into the blocks on the woking table. There are two sharpen-knife device in the vertical lateral frame, which may sharpen the knife in the processing and ensure the knife sharpen, the working table has position fence, the foam block can be cutted in accordance with the requirements into the needful size.

Application:

This machine is mostly used for the foam rubber's upright slicing and molded slicing work. At the same time this machine may synchronously manufacture all kinds of EVA and pearl cotton sections, it is essential equipment to the polyurethane foam processing.
