Structure feature:
This machine is made up of four parts:Delivering device, cutting assembly, drilling assembly and output device.

Delivering device takes charge of delivering the profiles.It is driven by the servomotor and transferred by the timing belt.The pneumatic machinery hand can clamp the profiles.It features liner track, small friction, agility and stable moving.

The cutting assembly takes charge of cutting the profiles as a pre-set length and processing the V-shape cut.Its horizontal and vertical moving are both driven by the servomotor, which makes the moving agile and improves the delivering precision.The upper head can rotate 45°So that it can fit in with the need of cutting 45°And 90°.One cylinder responds for rotating, and another for locking.It features high automation.
