Molding silicone rubber has advantage of excelenlt fluidity andgood operational performance, an elastic silicone rubber mold willbe obtained with resistance to deformation, high-temperature, acidand alkali and expansion, comfortable duplication times and freesample avalibale.

Molding silicone rubberoperations:

mould silicone rubber is a kind of flowingliquid, and it consists of two component, part A is a kind offlowable liquid silicone rubber, part B is the curingagent. 

Firstly, after your previous work of dealingwith the origianal moldel, take some liquid silicone rubber, add2%~3% cuing agent of the amount of silicon and mix themevenly. 

Thenafter vacuum-pumping the mixture, you cn pour it into the moldframe. The sillicone mold will cured in 2~3 hours.

Note: the time for vacuum-pumping should be lessthan 3-5mins, othewise, once the silicone rubber has cross-linkreaction during vacuumizing. it will not be operated.
