Horizontal type high speed braiding is designed for braiding the large diameter cable, wire, hose or tube, mainly for diameter surpasses 32mm. Braiding speed is 80% faster than foreign products. Controlling to the main machine is by inverter system. The inverter system provides the function of Soft-start and half-second braking. Pitch adjustment is by AC servo motor not the traditional gear. The wire-braking is also supervised by Electronic Monitoring system which effectively decrease the occurance of defective net. The major advantage of our machine is our machine makes use of the Double Ring Slot technology, this tech-innovation eliminate the friction between the braiding wire and parts of the machine, assuring the high quality finished product.
