KEW-5 Pipe fitting welding machine:
It is applied to fabricate PE, PP and PVDF elbow, bend, straight tee, straight cross, Y shape (45 and 60 Degree) fittings in workshop. Also used to lengthen the injection molded fitting and make an integrated fitting.

Function characteristics:
1. Integrated structure, to fabricate different fittings only needs to change for accordingly clamps.
2. PTFE coated heating plate with separate temperature controlling system.
3. Electric planing tool with safety limit switch to prevent sudden start of planning tool.
4. Low starting pressure and high reliable seal structure.
5. Separate two-channel timer records times in decalescence and cooling phases. The alarm rings when the timer stops.
