PL vertical crusher is used to grind the over-hardness, medium hardness and caustic material into the fine or kibbling particle such as copper ore, bullion ore, glass material, fireproof material, cement and so on. PL is one kind of high efficiency and saving energy machine. It strictly prohibits the material entering the machine whose size is beyond the stated size. The water in the feed material is below 8%. The ore out of the washing equipment can enter the PL directly. When the size is smaller than 8mm the rate of discharging us 60%-90%. PL vertical impact crusher can mill the -60mm feeding material. It can make the 2-8mm feeding material into 18-100mesh fine particle. PL is made up of feeding filler, allotting part, turbinating crushing room, impeller, principle axed assembly, base, power system and pole.
The working theory: The material enters into the crusher through the feeding filler, divided into two parts by allotting part. One part of the material enters the impeller running in high speed through center of allotting, then is speedup. Acceleration is hundred times of that of gravity. Then it is threw out through the channels spreading in impeller at the speed of 60-75m/s. After bombing with the falling freely around the allotting part, the material strikes the inner of the turbinating crushing room and reflected to the top of the room. Last step is changing the moving direction supplying the material falling veil. In general a piece of raw material can be changed below 20mesh by three times closed circling. During the whole clause the material doesn't contact directly the metal parts this design reduces the pollution of iron. The circling air in the turbinating crushing room avoids the pollution of particles.
Attention: The over feeding doesn't add the cost on the other hand it adds the density of the particle to improve the efficiency of energy.
