Pastillator makes the molten material flowing from upstream process drop to steel belt moving at a uniform velocity. The upward spray cooling and water returning device is provided below the belt to ensure that the molten material spreading uniformly on the belt may be cooled and cured in the course of being conveyed to the discharging end.
