Shock absorber assembly line

Usage: Welding for cylinder assembly of auto shock absorber.
Technique flow: Rolling mark for cylinder, spring seat welding, endcap press, clevis press, endcap and clevis welding, leak detecting, clevis resizing, coin and pierce, accessories welding.

Each step of flow is separately, load and unload manually, workpieces turned over by workstation tooling.
Endcap press and clevis press is one machine, one person operating.
Clevis welder with double workstations.
Leak detector with high pressure and double workstations.
