SRL1 series continuous water softener are the latest products that are developed based on years of production experiences, which maintain the advantage of continuous operation of the fluidized bed process, meanwhile, it's conventional control functions are thoroughly updated, resulting in a more stable and reliable operation performance. SRL series continuous water softener can be categorized into two types: Single-stage exchange and double-stage exchange. The single-stage SRL1series is applicable to water treatment for low pressure boiler, textile industry, dyeing industry and makeup water for circulation cooling; Double-stage exchange SRL2 series is applicable to treatment of high hardness water or extremely low hardness water for medium pressure boiler, etc.

Note:
1. The pipe material refers to the materials used for pipes and valves in the sections of resin delivery, regeneration and cleaning.
2. Pipes located before the exchange tower is galvanized tube and the related valves are made of cast iron; Tower body material refers only to the following 3. Towers: Exchange, regeneration and cleaning. An order with changes of materials for other sections is subject to further negotiation.
Instructions
1. Prior to equipment installation, the user shall prepare an elevated platform base with a height of at least 100 mm from the ground surface, and drainage gutter shall be provided around the platform to timely drain out wastewater.
2. If the hardness of raw water exceeds 2.5 m mol/L, or other physical or chemical specifications cannot be met, then user may provide us with the relevant water quality data, a tailored design may be possible based on an agreement between two parties, or other mating equipment provided by our company can be selected in order to achieve the best treatment results.
