PET Sheet (Co-) Extrusion Line is specially designed for APET and PETG sheet, which can produce APET or PETG sheet separately and 3-layer (PETG/APET/PETG) co-extrusion sheet.

1. Characteristics:
1.1. The PET Sheet Line is suitable for100 percentages recycle PET flakes. The PET sheet can meet the SGS Environmental Testing;
1.2. HMI screens are equipped in whole line. PLC programm control and modularization temperature Control system make operation easily;
1.3. Main machine adopting the parallel twin screw extruder applied for 100 percentages recycle PET Flakes. Thus the production process has excellent plasticizing performance, less crystalline point and about 0.5 viscosity;
1.4. Multi-stage degassing device decreases drying time to only 1-2 hour which is 20% of traditional Technique time cost. This technique can save the electricity cost about 29 Euro/MT or 46 USD/MT;
1.5. The production line is fast in adjusting sheet frame, especially in processing colorful sheet. It can Produces at anytime when the capacity below 100Kg/H.
1.6. National unique chromosphere feeding device is adopted in the production line.
