I. Equipment suitable process parameters:
1. Battery pole piece: Interval coating of battery pole piece, basic geometry size, etc provided by the buyer;
2. base material thickness: Copper foil: 8-30μ M, aluminum foil: 11-30μ M;
3. A piece of aluminum/copper foil size: Roll core aperture 3 inches;
4. Coating rewinding technical requirements: Roll core aperture≤ 500mm, roll core aperture 3 inches;
5. Coating slurry viscosity: Lithium ion battery anode slurry viscosity: 6000 ~ 15000 CPS, battery cathode slurry viscosity: 1000 ~ 5000 CPS;
6. Coating material: Lithium cobalt oxide, lithium cobalt-nickel-manganese oxide material, lithium iron phosphate, lithium manganese oxide (related to the efficiency and speed of coating/ drying);
7. Single coating dry thickness (excluding base material): 80-130 μ
