Character:
The Planetary & dispersion machine is designed base on the planetary mixer and the dispersion machine. The machine is designed for mixing, vulcanization, nitration, sulfonation, hydrogenation, dehydration in viscous fluid.
The 1st motor drive the planetary blades group. There are 2 blades rotate on its own axis, besides the 2 blades make planetary motion(revolution) on the center axis of the machine. The 2ND motor drive a high speed shaft, with butterfly and dispersion plates. In these 3 way of motion the material will be fine mixed and homogenized.
The planetary & dispersion machine will use thickness board so as to resistant the vacuum & high temperature.
There is a double layer jacket type movable vessels. The heat transfer media can be chosen by thermal oil, water or steam. The material mixing in the movable vessel, when it finished push it out.
The discharging mode are: YLJ series hydraulic discharging machine or ball valve.
There are variety of equipments can be installed such as: Stroke control, safety control, measurement, temperature PT-Rh sensor, etc.
In default the steel is SUS304+Q235. The motor capacity will be selected according to the viscosity of the material. Other issues will be designed according to the best solution.
