Process
(1) Impurities Elimination. The chili Stoner remove stones and other impurities in pepper, easy operation and high production features;
(2) De-Iron. This process equipment is automatically de-iron machine, this machine has a 8000 Gauss strong magnet, using pneumatically remove pepper powder, iron powder in chili shredder;
(3) Seeded chili /pepper seeded machine is mainly used for the separation of flesh and pepper seeds, it is processing 1000kg to 2000kg/h, is the special equipment for deep processing of pepper;
(4) Drying. The vibrating fluid bed dryer or belt dryer to dry fresh pepper, to conduct the following operations;
(5) Mill The Mill 25-60 double-will be made of mulberry chili powder, high output (10-50t/day), low power consumption, clean and sanitary;
(6) Granulation it adopts good quality granulation quality system, continuous operation, automatic discharge;
(7) Packing it will pass the chili pepper powder or granules for bagging and weighing seal.
