WPC profile production line is mainly used in producing baseboard, door sideline, door line, venetian blind, door frame, picture frame, mirror frame, handrail of staircase, decorative profile, furniture profile and so on. Our company adopts unique WPC craft and formula. According to the different crosssection of profile and different usage, we design the different product specific gravity and choose the extruder with WPC special double screw of different specification. The haul-off machine has stable performance, good reliability and large tractive force. Vacuum calibration adopts special enlarged swirly cooling system facilitating cooling form to meet the needs of WPC profile productive character. Saw cutting device keeps pact with hauling machine. The saw cutting machine could implement sizing cutting automatically equipped with dust recovery device with the character of reasonable design and stable performance.
