A layer of wax musr be applied as lubricanr after internal and external coating to metal damage during forming process like stretching and bending. The Electrostatic wacer is designed especially for this process. First, atomize melted wac ultrafine, spray rhe wax evenly in the coated box and let it carry negative charge. When zero-potential metal sheets go through the coating box, the wax cloud with negative charge is adhered onto the sheets. The bigger the potential difference between metal sheets and wax cloud is, the higher the adhesion speed is, which means positions with thinner wax layer has faster wax cloud adhesion and contrarily slower adhesion, Finally, wax cloud is adhered to the surface of metal sheets very evenly, solving perfectly the problem of uneven wax coating. &Promoting Greatly Printing/Coating Quality: To achieve lubricating effect in metal forming process, lubricant with influence on printing effect and coating adhesive force is usually added to printing ink or lacquer. If wac coating as metal lubrication is carried out after printingor coating, no lubricant will need to be added in printing ink or lacqueer and coaiting adhesibe will be promoted greatly, realizing more exquisite and beautiful printing.

&Avoiding Wax Pollution and Blank Coating: To avoid the pollution of large wax particles, first-grade sedimentation and obsteuction is carried out during atomization, obstructing wax drops lf large diameters outside the coating box. Diameters of wax drops entering rhe box are controlled within 1-8 microns. Meanwhile, the atomization nozzle module stays in heating status and is separated from the coating box, therefore there will be neither dropping of rudimental wax from the nozzle onto sheets nor quality problem because of wax shortage due to jam of the nozzle.
