Hydraulic Pumping System

The hydraulic system has an open loop. Easy subsystem is equipped with overflow valve for fear of overloading. The driving elements of the hydraulic system are all imported from Germany with original packaging. The pumping oil tank of concrete pump & S-valve swing oil tank use oil supplied by a constant-power variable pump. The pumping speed of concrete pump (pumping production of concrete), i. e. Duty-cycle operation frequency of piston is controlled by changing speed of engine or adjusting discharge capacity of main oil pipe.

Operating System

Pumping system, concrete distribution system and jack system are all very flexible to operate, meeting man-machine engineer principle. The pumping and jack is operated manually, electrically or hydraulically. Strething, drawing back and revolution of distributing rod can be controlled manually and electrically. Electric control is divided into wireless remote control and wired remote control (to use upon demand).

Concrete distribution system

Every arm and revolving bed is the concrete distribution system is made of fine-grained high-strenth steel. The mechanism of connecting rod can make the arm rack reach the best position for concrete distribution. All arms are drivien hydraulically. The balanced valve of oil tank prevents over loading and arm rack falling down in case of leakage of hydraulic pipe line.

Jack system

The hydraulic oil tank of jack system is equipped by pilot check valve, and its advanced jack structure ensures stable pumping performance.

Washing system

Both of capacity of water tank and pressure of water pump can satisfy the requirements of cleaning & maintenance after pumping.
