Double-Pipe Extruding Production Line.

APPLICATION & FEATURES:

The production line is developed with the late 1990s advanced technology of Western Europe by our company. The main machine is SJSZ55/110 or SJSZ65/132 conical twin-screw extruder and equipped with double tube and single-controlling spraying vacuum calibration table which is stainless. The unnecessary waste caused when one pipe is adjusted and the other is affected can be avoided. The auto single-control double haul-off and cross direction saw cutter are combined with the above-mentioned shaping technology to make operation mare flexible. You can enjoy the economic benefit. The diameter of the extruded pipe is from ??20 to 63. It can make fully use of production capacity of the extruder. Even if it produces pipe of small diameter, great output is possible.
