This type of Carding Machine owns special three roller stripping cotton device, which apply convertor to realize stepless speed for doff. It also achieve man-machine conversation with touch screen. The stationary flat adopts 3 front 3 and carding segment under licker-in are fitted, clinder running in reverse of flats, which could pefectly realize the function of cading and cleaning foreign substance, so it improves the web quality. Flat stripping the cotton is replaced by brushing roller and cleaning roller.
