This series of flour mill is the second generation products developed by our research institute based on research and development of domestic and foreign advanced roller mills, which concentrates advantages of similar flour machine at home and abroad, overcoming disadvantages of uneven feeding and poor grinding by conventional mills. The lower rack of the machine is made of iron castings. The rollers are set horizontally on the damping steel girder, restraining grinding stresses themselves. Under maximum load, the machine can maintain minimum noise and vibration. The equipment adopts tooth belt transmission between fast and slow rollers, and feeding with servo mechanism. The machine has two ways on operation and control with automatic pneumatic system and electric intelligent system for customer options. The roller diameter is 250mm, with available two lengths of 600mm, and 800mm. The machine is smooth on running, reliable in using and aesthetic in shape. It is ideal associated equipment for small and medium size flour factories.
