Jiangsu Permanent Machinery Co., Ltd., whose predecessor was the People's Liberation Army No. 6414 Factory, owns more than 100 years history, is a prestigious military enterprise in Huaihai area. The predecessor was the Longhai Railway in Xuzhou locomotive depot which was Chinese investment in the construction of the Longhai railway by France and Belgium from 1905 to 1916. In 1951, it was received and converted into the Railway Corps No. 1 Machinery Factory by the People's Liberation Army Railway Corps. In 1962, it was renamed the People's Liberation Army No. 6414 Factories, and merged into the Ministry of Railway as the Ministry of Railway Engineering Headquarters Xuzhou Machinery Factory after reorganization from Railways Crops in 1984. In 1995, it was officially renamed the China Railway Construction Corporation Xuzhou Machinery Factory, belonging to the SASAC subordinate enterprise. In 2008, in accordance with the State Council No. 859 document as the first transformed enterprises for the SASAC, the company has established and reformed as the Jiangsu Permanent Machinery Co., Ltd. From the China Railway Construction Corporation Xuzhou Machinery Factory through 105 years.
