Plastic single wall corrugated pipe machine line:
This production line can be used to produce corrugated pipes of PE PP PVC EVA PA materials, single wall corrugated pipes just have features of high temperature resistance, resistant to corrosion and abrasion, high intensity, good flexibility, etc. They are widely used in fields of auto wire, electric thread-passing pipes, circuit of machine tool, protective pipes of lamps and larterns wire, tubes of air conditioner and washing machine, etc.

The forming machine of this machine line just adopt the gear transmission, to run the modules and templates so as to realize water circulating cooling and fan cooling of the moulds, also the air cooling for the products. Which ensure high speed moulding, even corrugation, smooth inner and outer pipe wall. These corrugated pipes are used as wires of up-market cars.

1. SJ45/50/65 single screw extruder
2. Die head and mould(50pairs), can according the cilent request to choose the treatment for nitriding or not.
3. Forming machine. The mould plate just adopt the circuit water cooling or not. And the moulds just need to equip with the the fan cooling system, better cooling final.
4. Double station auto-winder. You can choose the single or double staion winders, and the controling system by torque motor control.
