1. Reliability of control is guaranteed by using PLC and touch screen monitoring system. Preset eight mixing recipe programs, full automatic or manual running.

2. Automatic oxide acid/water weighing and dumping; Safety and reliability of weighing and controls are ensured by using world famous brand load cells and pneumatic ball valves.

3. Interior panels of mixing tub and all paste contacted components are made of acid-proof stainless steel. Stainless steel scraper ensures long time using without changing.

4. For the good of process cooling and dusts treatment, the system can be equipped with optional corrosion-proof wet scrubber or disintegrating srubber.
