It gives signals to the normally closed car stop device through measuring the length of the rope on the winder. And this is controlled by PLC. When the car is in normal operation, the block will be opened, making the car passing through; When there is any abnormality, the block wil stop the car.

This device can change the work state. If cars are passing through, the block will be normally opened and keep this state.
