Principle of work
The bee venom extraction equipment stimulates the bee to release venom by using the electronic impulse.
Work performance
The input voltage is 4.5V(using three batteries which is number 5). The interval-automatic is propitious to let the bee escape from the electric network. The whole bee venom extraction equipment includes pulser, line and electric network.
The prepare prior to produce
First please prepare two pieces of glass. The size of the glass is20cm× 35.5cm. The glass is high quality and translucent and then burnish the edges and corners of every pieces of glass to avoid hurt hands. Send wash the glass. Using warm water wash several times and then stick the medical proof fabric on one side of the glass. The other side of the glass is using for collecting the bee venom. Don't use the distilled spirit or alcohol to clean the glass and water is ok. Cleaning the glass is very important. It will affect the quality of the bee venom.
Method of extraction bee venom
1 Put the clean glass on the electric network. Let the underside of the glass contact the network. Connect all the BNC connector plugs of the electric network and the pulser. Open the beehive and go off with the cloth and put the electric network on the portal of the beehive. Let the side on which the electric wire is adown. Turn on the power supply. When the bee is stimulated it will release the venom. The bee venom is put on the underside of the glass and the glass will adsorb the bee venom. Dozens of seconds the venom become crystal.
2 After 10-15minutes, if you see the bee dancing it shows that the bee will not release the venom. Then turn off the power supply.
3 After 5-10minutes clean away the bee on the electric network and use it for another. Pay attention to that keep bee brush clean.
4 After the bee venom extraction, take the bee venom extraction equipment to inside the house and wear the respirator. Use the knife to scrape the bee venom crystal. Put the bee venom in a brown bottle and close the bottle. Put it in the refrigeratory and cold storage.
Attentions
1. The whole process period need to pay attention to cleaning and sanitation. Keep the electric network, glass, outfit and hands clean. All things cans not touch the chemicals.
2. You had better using the old bee after the nectar flow in every florescence. The proper temperature is on 18-26 centigrade.
3. Don't produce the bee venom during the nectar flow. If you do please do it in the morning or it will affect the quality of the bee venom.
4. Attention security and wear bee veil. After the bee release the venom it will become docility.
5. The time of bee venom extraction is not long. The proper time is in 10-15ninutes.
6. It need not to clean the bee when you extract the bee venom from one hive to another.
7. The bee venom will stimulate the mucous membrane and it can make people seneezes. So you had better wear the respirator when you scrape the bee venom.
8. The bee venom extraction equipments need to be cleaned after using and do it up with plastic bag. Keep it clean and avoid it to be affected with damp. So it has well insulating property.
