1. The packing paper bags are sterilized in the aseptic case by hot H2O2 solution spray which has pressure in to keep dirty air away and then steamed into air and flow out, this step will ensure that the packing paper is aseptic before filling, and decides the shelf life of the final products.

2. This machine uses continues filling system, the filling volume is controlled by large screen PLC auto control system, this will ensure the filling to be more precise and more convenient to adjust.

3. All the inside surface of pipes and parts for beverage feeding, are made of high quality stainless steel, the controlling valve which contact with beverage uses aseptic diaphragm control valve.
