Stabilizers are made from AISI 4145H or AISI 4145H Modified alloy steel. Hardness up to HB290-340. Connections are gaged to API standards. Stress relief groove are cold rolled. Connections are phosphatized or plated copper, coated and equipped with thread protectors. Hardfacing are made on the spiral baldes. Hardfacing type is at user's option. There are four types of stabilzier: Integral stabilizer, integral mandrel sleeve stabilizer, two piece of mandrel sleeve spiral blade, stabilizer with rollers. Inspected by Ultrasonic testing and Magnetic testing.
