Semi-automatic Production Line:
1. Technical Parameter of Production Line
1.1. The whole line is controlled via PLC concentratedly, and the process can be accomplished by touch screen. The speed control method of the whole line adopts frequency conversion, centralized control.
1.2 The Cleaning and Drying Machine. The rising and descending of the upper rubber roller, brush roller and air knife can be adjusted automatically according to the glass thickness, the result is digital display. There are two hard brushes and one soft brush at the upper part, so low-e glass and coated glass could be washed with no damage to the surface.

1.3. The lay-up room is equipped with lay-up table, lifting universal wheel carrier, positioning air cylinder, PVB film Paver and scissor-type walking suction lifting frame.
1.4. The structure of preliminary pressing machine is reasonable. The frequency conversion of motor speed and the gear drive is adopted for main drive.
