The GFLS series (steel) air shower is a popular partial purifying equipment which is in the partition wall between the clean room and non clean room, it is used for air shower when man or goods enters the clean room. Simultaneously, it can control the moving in & out behavior of operators effectively, as well as apply in the buffer room of different clean rooms to prevent cross contamination.
