Adopting vacuum adsorption guide paper, set with air regulation device;
The dependently designed pasting part can be completely moved out, convenient for device repair and maintenance;
Adopting immersion pasting with electromotion adjusting pasting width;
Hand or electromotion adjusting the pasting gap;
Glue content can be achieved through electromotion adjustment, digital gap-display or auto tracking gap-adjustment as per the production line speed
The drive part is designed to be dependent drive box with divided mechanism, adopting universal joint transmission, ensuring smoother high-speed operation;
Spray unit shall be available for raw paper humidity adjusting;
The main motor adopts 15Kw/22Kw frequency-variable motor drive and PLC control, keeping the same step as the speed of production line;
The adsorption blower adopts 11Kw high-voltage centrifugal blower.
