Scoring circular saw blade

IBISE Scoring Saw Blades are fabricated by the excellent alloyed steel plates SKS51 from Japan, Ceratizit Ultrafine grade carbide tips from Luxemburg and Sandwich brazing solder as well as panel saw blades. All plates are carried to perfect heat treatment, dynamic balance and tensioning to ensuring premium results.

To solve the problem of a material chipping at the bottom is best done with a main blade and a scoring saw blade, held in precise alignment to each other and turning in opposite directions.

The Panel Saw Blades and Scoring saw Blades are designed for use on panel machines for cutting MDF, HDF, particle board, laminates, and bonded materials. All panel saw blades are made with Ceratizit Ultrafine grade carbide tips from Luxemburg for longer life.
