2. The machines employ double column and gantry structure principle that a bed, double columns and a cross rail compose a closed rigid frame. The bed adopts V-type guide ways, and the table guide ways are coated with Teflon.

3. There are two saddles on the cross rail, respectively for horizontal spindle grinding wheel head and universal spindle grinding wheelhead. The two grinding wheelhead respectively move up and down along the saddles, which move transversely along the crossrail.
4. The horizontal grinding wheel is dressed by the hydraulic profile-modeling dresser with the max. Traverse of 120mm and the min. Dressing amount of 0.001mm, and the universal one by the angle-rotatable dresser with the min. Indexing angle of 5. Both dressers are mounted on each grinding wheel.
