Cabin Sprayer is a new product developed and designed to improve concrete Placement area environment in hot seasons and under high temperature and reduce the concrete placing and pouring temperature to ensure project quality.

Working Principle and Process

The Sprayer evenly blows fog drops to the pouring face with air to form a fog layer and fog drops absorb heat to evaporate while the fog layer stops direct sunshine to reduce the ambient temperature on the pouring face. See following process:

Atomizing nozzles convert pressure water into 40~100um fine drops which are transferred by the high pressure air flow produced by oblique air blower. The blower is swayed 2 times/min within 0-100 degree by the sway system composed by reducer, linkage and supports. The elevation angle support below the flower could adjust the blower between -15 to20 degree depending on the ambient.
