Robust construction maintains machining accuracy

Broad 4-rails design, and all side ways are supersonic frequency hardened and heat treated to make it low friction &low vibration & smooth movement to ensure machine's accuracy.

The machine body is of box construction with intensive analysis & mold design.
The main castings are made of Mechanize cast iron and treated by annealing thoroughly for two times so as to eliminate internal residual stress.
The side ways of X. Y. &Z-axes are still fully supported when moving within travel range to ensure machining stability, slide way accuracy & machine life.
