Aluminum coil chromating line equipment
The chemosynthesis line is to clean the lubricating grease and antioxidative grease adhesive to the surface while being rolled, and other impurities such as silicon, magnesium, Through this process, the aluminum surface is covered with a honeycomb oxidative coating of high density, wich becomes an agent which has very strong adhesive force to make paint and aluminum firmly adhesive with each other.
(1)Funcation explanation:
(a) This equipment is fit for aluminum coil's degreasing, neutralization and chromating before alminum coil coat paint. When aluminum coil is coated colored paint, paint platelet can be firm covered over the chromating film.
(b) Uncoil machnice with auto-tension control system can efficient and stability feed almuinum coil, thereby the degreasing, neutralization and chromating can be properly work.
(c) Chromating generally adopt non-chromate, or oxidlized phosphate, or phosphate, its deposit transformed film show true color, or gloden color, or GB color. The weight of film layer is about 20-100mg/m2. It assure that paint layer and chromating layer can be firm combined. Eevn if paint layer has blister or fault, aluminum coil will not be oxidized eroded and paint layer doesn't fall off.
