Our windlass is a greatly-used hoist which uses to take-off and lift heavy goods in construction sites or in port & wharf or uses as a towing power during installing project of factories and mine. This windlass not only uses independently but also combinedly uses or composes a large-scale complex lifting equipment with other machine. It is an essential machine for construction site, port terminals and ships transportation with features of simple operation, easy use and wide usage.

Introduction of Structure:
This machine is made up of Stand, Reduction Gear, Elestic Joint, Electric Motor, Brakes, Drum, Electricity and other components. It possesses compact structure and reasonable process.
When Electric Motor starts to work, Elestic Joint starts the Reduction Gear which through the cylinderical gears and drives Drum running, and is able to control the machine's reverse operation at the same time.
The operation or stopping of the Drum applies the braked by hydraulic brake which synchronously works with motor. When cutting the power source of brake, it can brake Drum which is fast, sensitive, safe and reliable in work.
A). Stand: It is the main body that installs other machine elements and welded with channel steel.
B). Electrical Apparatus:
(1)The machine uses 11 kilowatt electric motor as its power.
(2)It uses YWZ-300/45-style hydraulic brake.
C). Reduction Gear: It is compose of multi-deflection spiral gear which works steady, and the processed gear axis can release wear.
D). Inspection & Test Method
Lifting heavy goods works continuously 30 minutes before the examination.
(1). Each bearing's temperature is no higher than 60 deg;
(2). Each bearing has the non-oil-leaking phenomenon;
(3). Each revolving part work normal without abnormal noise;
(4). Each connecting piece is fasten without loosening phenomenon;
(5). Brake is flexible and accurate.
Use and Maintenance:
The machine has to pass idleness and loading test before delivery. Except following some related rules of lifting's safe operation, the user should test the operation for the machine, inspect each machine element and familiar with its operation before using it officially.
A). When installing windlass, foot screws should be fixed or ground anchors should be inbuilt behind the machine in order to avoid dragging windlass in its working time.
B). Before using it, please carefully check each part and bolt whether loose or not, the fastening degree of steel wire and the smooth of every drive part.
C). Before using it, please operate 15 minutes without loading to check every drive part whether it has a shocking and vibrating phenomenon or not, switches whether they are sensitive or not, brakes whether they are flexible and reliable or not.
D). It is absolutely prohibited to use surpass the rated loading during working and the machine's lifting capacity is within the technical parameter.
E). Moving stress test is more than 10% of the rated load. Please lift and land repeatedly several times, then check its drives, electricity and connections whether they are normally and reliability or not.
F). When the machine is working, don't do some clean-up or add gas. People must not stand in front of the machine or under some heavy goods. Please pay attention to the machine's drive performance to maintain a good lubrication of the drives.
G). The operators should momentarily attend the adverse situation of steel cable in the drum during working and timely remove it. Inducing the steel wire by hand is strictly prohibited.
