With powerful video pre-processing and efficient adaptive video compression algorithm, it is able to provide clear-delicate, colorful video image even at lower bit rate, which not only enable to provide operator more services in the limited bandwidth, but also improve the spectrum application. With very low encoding time delay, DMB-8800 H. 264 encoder is adapted to sports and live news real time broadcasting. Supporting various functions, AV input, IP output, SNMP, H. 264 Encoder can be used for DTV broadcasting, IPTV and other system.
