It is specially designed for PVC sheet welding, applications include: Embossing, inflatable toys, stationeries, rainwears, umbrellas, shoes, handbags, belts, etc.

Features:
* Stable Oscillation Frequency
The oscillation frequency is set at the authorized industrial frequency band of 27.12MHz +/- 0.6% and is duly approved by the Hong Kong Government. The said frequency also meets the international telecommunication standard.

* Easy Operation
New design of toggle motion lever principle allows easy operation and free adjustment of press pressure. This is most ideal for products which required complicated alignments.

* Strong Output Power
The cavity resonator we employ enables much higher output power. As such, better production efficiency and quality can be achieved.

* Precautionary Circuit
When the machine is in operation and over-current is detected, the relay will automatically cut off the power. The oscillation tube and the rectifier will thus be protected against damage. Pre-heat system and arc suppressor for special applications are available as options.
