Work principle
Using water electrolyzed gas, cylinder hydrogen, psa produced hydrogen as the feed material, this unit produces high purity hydrogen through catalyst deoxygenating, adsorber drying and filter dust removing. With highly activated catalyst, this unit could reduce the impurity content in the hydrogen down to below 5ppm. The catalyst could be used for very long time without any regeneration treatment.

This unit could be widely used for various industries such as electronics, semiconductor, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical and glass, etc.
