The new PVC hollow tile includes top board and bottom board, Between the top and bottom board,the hollow part is divided into multiple through-holes by multiple clapboards. The top board, bottom board and clapboard are all made of PVC, above the top board, there can be PMMA or ASA layer. The top, bottom,clapboard and PMMA or ASA layer are formed in disposable extrusion.
The product has good insulation effect due to its two-layer structure, easily installed, doesn’t need maintenance during the life period and has high strength and good waterproof performance.
The product has better performance than conventional composite tile on anti aging, anti- corrosion and heat insulation, so it has a longer useful life(4-5 years longer than conventional composite tile) It’s not faded easily and the surface is smoother, looks more beautiful and high-grade.
