The line is especially for silicon steel (CRGO) coil longitudinal cutting. The wide coil (1000/1250mm) shall be opened and cut into required width strips and then rewinded into rolled coil. The main working flow is coil loading - decoiling - guiding - slitting - tensioning - recoiling- discharging. The line is reasonable in machine structure and configuration. Adopts high grade raw material, under concentrated processing, the line has high performance with reliable precision. The whole line adopts PLC controlling and touch screen operating, the system is high level in automation and productivity.
