Quality Control
For theQ/C of mould, there are 3 steps:
1.MouldMaterial Q/C
- MouldSteel Checking(Hardness, flaw detection)
- MouldStandard Spare Parts Checking(hardness, size, flaw checking)
2. Mould Making Process Q/C
- Designchecking (part design, mould design, mould engineering drawing)
- Eachpart of mould's size checking after machining according to 2D drawing
- Mouldtesting(check mould running condition)
3.Check with customer's requirement againbefore mould shipping.
Maintenance
a) When the mould is vacant, spray theanti-rust oil
b) To clean the gate and cooling systemregularly
c) Avoid to use recycled material if themould is suitable for virgin material only
