1. Introduction
This rapid test is animmuno-chromatographic test, using colloidal gold immunoassaymethod, to detect the antibody against Trichinella spiralis insample. Testing Trichinella spiralis antibody can help diagnosticof Trichinella spiralis infection.

3. Test procedure
3.1 Serum, wholeblood
1) Use dropper absorb serum or wholeblood, drop 2 drops one by one vertically, slowly, accurately todropping bottle with sample buffer.
2) Capped, shake and mixevenly.
3) Take out the test card from sealedbag, put it flatly on desk.
4) Use dropping bottle drop 3 dropsof diluted sample one by one and slowly to sample collectionwell.
5) Be static at room temperature for10 minutes, judge the result. The result is invalid after 15minutes.
3.2 Muscle tissue
1) Take about 2 g pure muscle tissue,without fat.
2) Ground or cut up tissue fully, putit into dropping bottle with sample buffer.
3) Capped, shake and mixevenly.
4) Take out the test card from sealedbag, put it flatly on desk.
5) Use dropping bottle drop 3 dropsof diluted sample one by one and slowly to sample collectionwell.
6) Be static at room temperature for10 minutes, judge the result. The result is invalid after 15minutes.
5. Note
1) Do not use it if there is anydamage to the Aluminum packedbag. Use itin 1 hour after open the package.
2) If the collected serum samplecan`t be tested immediately, for short-term storage (48 hours)store at 4℃, long-term storage store at-20℃. Diluted sample must be tested immediately,avoid long-term storage.
3) Do not use sample buffer fromother test kits.
4) Avoid producing bubble when addingsample to the test card. The sample quantity should be 100ul (about3 drops). Too much sample will not increase testsensitivity.
5) Used test card should be handledas local polluted material.
6) Do not use test card out ofdate.
7) This product is disposable, donote re-use it.
