Pre-stressed Spun Concrete Pole Line
Pre-stressed Concrete Poles/piles are manufactured byCentrifugal Spun Technology , it is a kind of high strength precastconcrete product. the normal specification is diameter from300-1000mm , length 6-15m. and the Concrete strength will be aboutC50, C60, C80 for different application.

1. Centrifugal Spinning Machine
Centrifugal Spinning Machine for spun concrete pole & pileis driven by variable speed AC Motor. High centrifugal forceextracts the excess water from the fresh concrete placed in themold. This process makes the concrete extremely denser. This inturn improves the quality of the concrete. The pole produced willhave smooth surface with void cross-section.

5. Tension Jack Machine
Pre-tensioning Machine is used to stress the PC Bar of PCpole/pile. It consists of a hydraulic center-hole cylinder,hydraulic pump and accessories. The hydraulic cylinder is mountedon a trolley support with adjustable height to suit the centerlineof the molds. Uniform pre-stressing (tensioning) is applied to allthe wires (bars) that result in better quality of product.Capacity: 50-800 ton.
