With the modern structure of Investment castingproduction, we also brought in the advanced production line byPre-coated Sand Casting manufacturing, producing gray iron andother various grades of ductile iron. Our yearly handling capacityis up to 1,500 tons.For our CNC machining, we use CNClathe and CNC machining Center made in Taiwan and Korea, whichprocess products of high precision, with great finishing of itssurface. Our monthly processing capacity is up to 240,000 pieces.Our surface treatments include 3 types of polishing process –abrasive belt polishing, vibration rumbling and electro polishing.Handling capacity is up to 100 tons per month.Our company has a full range ofproduction and testing equipment, imported from the United States,Germany, Switzerland and Taiwan, which includes fully automatic waxinjection machine, CNC lathe, CNC machining Center, spectrometer,3D coordinator, projector, salt spray test machine, metallographiccomposition analyzer etc. Our material standards include ChineseGB, American ASTM and AISI, German DIN, Japanese JIS and British BSetc.
