Business process:

1. The clients lock products,then send us the enquiry, or chat online.

2. We will reply the clients toconfirm the size, quantity, color, logo, packing, delivery time,shipping style and other details.

3. If all things is /confirm/ied, wewill quote clients a best price. Also, we will help you check thecheapest shipping cost.

4. After clients agree with theprice and shipping cost, we will confirm the payment details, thensend the invoice.

5. once we receive the deposit,we will arrange producing immediately.

6. When the goods is finished, wewill take photos and send them to clients to cofirm. Then clientsshould pay the balance, and we will inform the courier to take awaythe goods, and send it to you.

7. If the clients need one samplefirst, we could make one or more according to your demands. Maybeneed to collect a little samle charge first. But if your quantityis big, over 500pcs, we will return you all sample charge afterplacing mass order.

Remark:

1. As most crystal products aremade by hand, so not all products are same, maybe have avery little error, it is accpetable.

2. When we start to producegoods, if customer want to make some adjustments or changes, suchas shape, color, logo or other requestments, we will collect theextra charge according to the fact.

3. about the packing, we willchoose the best safety packing for each product. If customer haverequestments for the packing, pls confirm with us before packing.After packing all goods, we will take pictures to customer to/confirm/i, if it is ok, we will send out the goods. When customerreceive the goods, pls check whether all products are intact. Ifsome are broken, pls take pictures to me, and complain to shippingcompany within 24 hours. We will try the best to help customersolve the questions.

4. about the payment, maybe havea little bank charge, customer should bear this.

5. According to different order,we will send different gift as our business souvenirs.
