I.Main Featuresof Asphalt MixingPlant

1.The original modular design ofthe mixing plant makes transport and installation work quick andconvenient. It can separate extra-large flotsam usablestuff.

2. The loop belt feeder for the measuring hopper has afrequency-conversion speed   regulator which canprovide high and low speed. Its original structure facilitates beltchange and makes material feeding more fluent, which reduces powerconsumption. Besides, there is a warning light which will remindthe user when the machine uses up raw material.

3. The high-efficiency and heat-preservation drying drumand the special vanes make heat exchange more sufficient. Moreover,the high-efficiency and energy-saving imported burner can use bothheavy oil and diesel, which reduces energy consumption.

4. The vibrating screen adopts the linear andcompletely-closed design with the vibrator placed outside. Thesieving efficiency is high, the maintenance and changing of screenis easy, and the imported bearings are morereliable. 

5. The hot aggregate bin is equipped with a continuouslevel indicator which enables the operator to know the level ofmaterial at a glance. The measurement of aggregate is conductedtwice through large and small doors, which greatly improves themeasuring precision. The unique structure of the material emptyingdoor reduces the chance of blockage and will work morereliably. 

6. The main mixing machine designed with Europeantechnology has double reducers with a high-speed synchronizationcapacity. Accurately-weighed asphalt can be directly pumped intothe agitating kettle and powder material can be conveyed into theagitating kettle through the helix, which makes agitating more evenand speedy. Besides, it has an opening to add wood fiber and aninlet to add used material to be recycled.  

7. The dust-removing system adopts imported NOMEX bagswhich limit the density of dust discharged into the air within50mg/m³, which is completely up to the national standard ofenvironmental protection. The dust blown down will be collectedinto the collection tank through the dust lifter for reuse to avoidsecondary pollution. 

8. The control system adopts the SIEMENS integratedsolution which plays a leading role in the industrial automationfield. It also uses the PROFIBUS field bus to form a large andmedium-sized distributed automatic system. In operation, theequipment adopts the technology of double hot standby on theindustrial computer, dynamic display and buttonless design. Alloperations are done through the mouse. It has the real-time faultmonitoring and control system with functions like parametersetting, data management and fault diagnosis. It measures preciselyand can be controlled automatically, semi-automatically andmanually, showing a stable and reliable performance.
