3. Production Flow Chart
1.First, the coil is set onto the uncoiled, and the steel strip isloosened and being transported into the forming machine.
2.The steel strip is first flattened out, and is processed throughrollers to the desired pipe diameter.
3. The machine then welds, straightens and cuts the pipe to thelength set in the automated cutting machine, and transports thefinished pipe to the unloading shelf, where quality inspection canbe performed.
