2.Machine structure

      High torque AC 22 kW main motorfor VTL model C5112-1 is adopted for driving the table through gearbox. 16 speeds are achieved on the table. Double row cylindricalroller bearing is equipped under the table. The cone inner ring ofthe bearing can eliminate the radial clearance effectively for highprecision and stable machining at high speed.

3. Hydrostatic workingtable

      Hydrostatic table is adoptedwith constant flow synchronous pumps. It features:

      a). low friction forpermanent life of table,

      b). heavy load capacity ontable,

      c). oil film between machinebase and table absorbscutting vibration & loads,

      d). a safety system controls thehydrostatic pressure for optimum safety.

4. Specialconfigurations

      The machine can be equipped withthe following special configurations to meet more requirements:

      a). Side tool head,

      b). 2-axis DRO system (3 – 4 axesfor side tool head),

      c). Guarding, coolant systemincluding pump & tank, etc.
