This is a type of screeding general road marking machine,compact and small, flexible to operate. Under the premise ofsufficient melt material, it also has relatively high constructionefficiency.
1. Engine: Japanese Honda 20HP wind-cooled electrical startingsingle-cylinder gasoline engine. The fuel tank''s cubage is40L.
2. Driving speed: The original imported variable speed transmissionsystem (HTS) with automatic brake device, which can be freelyoperated in forward, back off or stop. The right, left and rearwheels equipped with differential speed gearing can be easy to turnin a curve. The driving speed is 0-22km/h, and the max climbingcapacity is 15.
3. Heating: Propane infrared heating source, electronicignition and heat transfer oil heating economize the gas 30% thanthe traditional heating. The heating is more regular, moreconvenient, safer and more environment-friendly.
4. Marking: Equipped with hydraulic screeding shoe. Thestructural slab is made of imported special steel plate withhigh-temperature (2000℃) and oxidation resistance, whose stabilityis much better after pressing. The plinth is specialalloy-steel-made pneumatic structure. The floor knife is importedhard tungsten-alloy knife.
5. Glass Bead Spraying: Single pressure type visible glassbead tanks with a 120L cubage ensure continuous glass bead sprayingduring all the marking period. Single glass bead gun equipped inthe left and right side, its pressure, flow and spraying widthcan be adjusted to ensure the spraying beads firmer, more regularand more economizing.
6. Electronic controlling: Setting kinds of line standardcontrolling and using micro-electronic intellectual controlling.The line type can be adjusted freely according to the needs.
7. Paint Tank: Cool-rolled oxidation-resisting steelpaint tank, in whose interlayer the high-tech thermal insulationmaterial is filled. Inside the tank is equipped with thehydraulic chain-driven horizontal vane blender. Paint cubage:200L.
8. Air Compressor: Piston air wmpressor  with a 0. 6m3/min delivery capacity. The pressure in the pressuretank for air supply is adjustable and equipped with automaticsafety exhaust.
9. Alarm Function: Single alarm lamp with adjustableflicker frequency (or burst flash) improves the safety of markingoperator.
10. Guide Rod: Extractable guide rod can be freely adjustedup, down, left and right.
11. Pre-mark system: It can be fitted with pre-markingsystem. When you marking the one line you can pre-mark anotherline, this improves the working efficiency greatly.
12. Size andweight: 3200mm(length)*1500mm(width)*600mm(height).600kg.
