Material Description
1. Upright column:
Theupright column is made by a steel pipe with diameter of 114 mm,wall thickness of 2.2 mm, quality and technical standard of whichhave met the requirements of BS1387-1985 standards.
2. Platform:
Theplatform is shaped by piercing a 2.2 mm-thick cold-roll steelsheet, with bores of 6 mm in diameter. Conforming to the Europeanstandards of EN1176, the platform owns a strong bearingcapacity.
3. Iron part:
Theiron part is made of a steel pipe with diameter of 60 mm, 48mm,38mm, 32mm, 28mm, wall thickness of 2.5 mm, quality and technicalstandard of which have met the requirements of BS1387-1985standards.
4. Fittings:
Fittings are made of high strength aluminium alloy by one-time castforming. After the slinging processing, all the corners are roundand smooth. All screws, with cup heads or T heads, are made ofstainless steel 316 (which meets the requirements of GB/T1221-1992accuracy standards).
Allthe above parts are welded by Argon arc welding and carbon dioxidegas shield welding are adopted here and both conform to therequirements of GB/T8810-1995. After the integral processing andshaping, our technicians perform the hot galvanizing and slingingprocessing. Surface of the product is applied with DuPont outdoorpolyester pearl powder coating which is friendly to the environmentand solidified at high temperature. With smooth surface andexcellent anti-ultraviolet property, our product has bright colors,which are difficult to fade and corrosion-resistant. As for thespraying equipment, we adopt the computer-controlled electrostaticpowder coating device which is imported from South Korea. Thewhirly and filter elements have been applied in the powderrecycling equipment, which is pollution-free with highefficient.
5. Plastic parts:
Plastic parts are formed by rotational moulding of LLDPE, theexclusive material for rotational moulding imported from the SouthKorea Samsung Corporation. With a wall thickness of above 6 mm, theplastic parts of bright color own anti-ultraviolet property ofgrade 8, which conforms to the standards of food in Australia. Safeand eco-friendly, the plastic parts put on an excellent performancein weather fastness, toughness, intensity, ageing resistance. Inbright color and beautiful appearance, they are colourfast anddurable in use.
6. Ropes and nets:
Thematerial for ropes and nets is imported sailing ropes, which is 14mm or 16 mm in diameter. The knots are mated with round aluminiumalloy fasteners.
